Dr. Abderrahim Benlahcene is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Ajman University. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), where his research focused on examining the impact of motivation on students' personal goals and engagement in higher education. Dr. Benlahcene is a dedicated and adaptive scholar with a keen interest in the development of students' goals, motivation, learning, and engagement. He is well-versed in various quantitative analysis methods and possesses a strong background in addressing and analyzing issues related to teaching and learning. In addition to his research contributions in educational psychology, he is an active member of several academic committees within the department and college.
