As part of its ongoing efforts to develop students' legal skills, the College of Law at Ajman University hosted His Excellency Judge Khaled Shaheer, Judge at the Primary Court – Ajman Court, to deliver a lecture titled “Practical Issues in the Rules of Evidence.” The session was attended by faculty members and students from the college.
The lecture explored the practical dimensions of evidentiary rules within judicial proceedings. His Excellency Judge Khaled Shaheer presented a detailed review of real-life cases he encountered in court, focusing on the mechanisms for handling various types of evidence, including testimonies, documents, confessions, and presumptions.
