H.H. Sheikh Humaid Al Nuaimi Attends the Graduation Ceremony for the Second Batch of the "Class of 2024" Students at Ajman University

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ajman University, along with H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended the graduation ceremony of the second batch of the "Class of 2024" from Ajman University. The ceremony, held at the Sheikh Zayed Center for Conferences & Exhibitions on the campus, was filled with joy and pride for the success and graduation of over 300 students.

The graduation ceremony commenced with the arrival of H.H., the Ruler of Ajman, and his entourage to the ceremony hall. The national anthem was played, followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. A video produced using Artificial Intelligence was then presented. After that, a video was shown that embodies the university's mission and achievements.

H.H., the Ruler of Ajman, praised the pioneering efforts led by the United Arab Emirates in enhancing the education sector. He attributed this success to the unwavering support from H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, and his brother, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy President of the State, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. He stressed the significance of prioritizing education as pivotal for national progress and empowering youth for a prosperous future.

He stated, "The UAE aims to advance education, positioning us among leading nations. Today, we celebrate the graduation of the first batch from the College of Medicine at Ajman University, symbolizing our ambitious vision for medical education and youth empowerment in healthcare. This milestone marks a promising start towards enhancing medical services and addressing societal healthcare needs. We recognize that investing in education is pivotal for societal and economic progress, enabling our youth to meet modern challenges with confidence."

His Highness commended the efforts of the Board of Trustees, faculty, and administrative staff of the university for their fruitful endeavors in achieving a prestigious scientific and academic status, enhancing its position as a distinguished educational center on both local and international levels.

His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman, extended warm congratulations to the graduates and their families, applauding their achievements, which reflect the sincere efforts they have exerted throughout their educational journey, culminating in these proud and memorable moments.

On this occasion, H.H., the Ruler of Ajman, presented the university's shield to H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, while H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi presented a similar shield to His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman.

His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman, accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, honored the first batch of graduates from the College of Medicine, as well as the graduates of postgraduate studies and the top students from various colleges. H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, oversaw the certificates distribution to the graduates and the recognition of outstanding achievements among them.

The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Tourism Development Department, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman and Deputy Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi, His Excellency Abdulla Humaid Ali Almazrouei, former Minister of Justice and member of the University’s Board of Trustees; along with heads and directors of government departments, college deans, professors, graduates' parents, and distinguished guests.

Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University, expressed deep gratitude to H.H., the Ruler of Ajman, for unwavering support and wise leadership that contributed to the university's strategic success. He commended H.H. During the ceremony, graduates from the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Health Sciences took the medical oath, pledging to work with honesty and dedication to serve their community and uphold the highest standards of healthcare.

Representing the graduates, Dr. Hamid Abdul Wahab Al Awadhi expressed, "It's an honor to meet today with His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman.
