AU Students Trained on Exam Strategies

Ajman University (AU), in a bid to hone students’ skills, has organized two timely workshops to enlighten its students on exam strategies and hone their time management skills.

The two functions were assumed by the newly established Student Success Center (SSC) that falls under the Deanship of Student Services, AU.

The Centre is expected to run a vibrant string of workshops, seminars, tutorials and presentations by invited guests, according to Dr. Nadir Kheir, an Associate Professor and SSC Manager, AU.

The two workshops were presented and facilitated by Dr Kheir in collaboration with a number of AU undergraduate students.

“Over 30 students attended the activities, and shared their exam preparation experiences and discussed the personal strategies that work for them.”

The SSC will continue to offer a variety of student-centered services, Dr Kheir added.

“These include free tutoring, individualized academic coaching and other activities to ensure academic excellence.”
