Pharmacy students volunteered in organizing Fazaa Championship for POD 2025

Students of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences were active participants in organizing Fazaa Championship for People of Determination (POD) 2025. The event, organized at Dubai Club for POD, aimed to provide individuals with disabilities a platform to showcase their talents, promote physical activity, and foster a sense of achievement. Students were actively involved in planning, coordinating, and ensuring that all aspects of the championship were accessible and accommodating to the diverse needs of the participants. During the event, students took on various responsibilities, including assisting athletes, managing schedules, and facilitating different sporting activities. They worked closely with coaches and healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of participants while also providing moral support and encouragement. Beyond just organizing the event, students gained invaluable experience in leadership, teamwork, and community service.
