Ajman University Peer Tutors Present at GMU Pharmacy Students’ Congress Workshop
Peer Tutor students representing the Student Success Center (SSC) at Ajman University (AU) delivered a well-attended presentation on ‘Pharmacy Students’ Professional Activities’ at GMU Pharmacy Students’ Congress Workshop conducted on Saturday, 4th Feb 2023. First Year Pharmacy student Hana Mohamed, Peer Tutor and Training Coordinator with the SSC, highlighted the mission of the Center and its strategies in helping student’s reach their full academic potential through providing student-tailored and individualized tutoring under the Peer Tutoring and the Academic Twinning programs. She also described the different activities organized by the College of Pharmacy, like the Breast cancer awareness, Diabetes Awareness campaign, and their achievements during the resent DUPHAT conference in Dubai.
