Professors from the College of Pharmacy at Ajman University give distinguished lectures at the Sixth International Conference on Pharmacy and Medicine 2022

Faculty members from the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University participated in the International Conference on Pharmacy and Medicine 2022 in its sixth session, which was held from January 18 to 20, 2022 at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, with the participation of many researchers, interested people and students from inside and outside the UAE.

Dr. Akram Ashames, Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, gave a talk on the preparation of cancer-derived exosomes and their importance in the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The lecturer Sawsan Shanableh also gave a talk entitled Social Media in Pharmacovigilance, while the lecturer Alaa Faragallah was given a lecture entitled medication reconciliation as a patient safety initiative.

The lectures witnessed a remarkable presence of specialists and students in the field of pharmacy and medicine. The conference organizers honored the lecturers and presented them with conference shields.
