The office of experiential learning at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences has arranged an event to “celebrate the successful completion of training” with Makkah Group of Pharmacies.
Since many years, Makkah Group of Pharmacies has been instrumental in extending its professional expertise to the pharmacy students.
Dr. Mushfiq Khan, CEO of Makkah Group, and Groups’ director and GM, Dr. Wasiq Khan distributed certificates of appreciation to pharmacy students who completed their community pharmacy training across Makkah Pharmacies.
During this initiative, Dr. Mushfiq shared his abundant experience with the students and encouraged them to start their careers with full passion and motivation. “ to become an active member of the health providers’ flank can be the highest motivation of a pharmacy graduate”, Dr. Mushfiq expressed.
As a member of the AU Alumni Board and Council, Dr. Wasiq emphasized the importance of building lifelong ties between the University and its graduates, remaining connected with the university through AU alumni office, and becoming the shareholders of experience contributors from the real life. On behalf of Makkah’s charter of community services, Dr. Wasiq assured to keep continue the hallmark of such experience sharing program.
The Dean Professor Nageeb, congratulated the students for their achievement and wished them a bright future.
The students expressed their gratitude for this great initiative and were contended to present their acquired training experience during the event. The congregation had concluded with the vote of thanks to the visiting guests.
