Dr. Muaed Jamal Alomar holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has worked in marketing as a Marketing Planning Manager and in community pharmacy for four years. Currently, he is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Clinical Sciences at Ajman University. His research interests include clinical pharmacy practice, patient education and counseling, pharmacovigilance, and pharmacoinformatics. He has published several research papers, including: Factors Affecting the Development of Adverse Drug Reactions (Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal), Evaluation of Caffeine Consumption and Its Effects During Pregnancy Among Women in the UAE (IJPPS), Transient Synovitis of the Hip as a Complication of Chickenpox in Infants: A Case Study (Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal), and Evaluation of Community Pharmacists' Behavior Towards Prescriptions of Antidiabetic and Antiasthma Drugs (Journal of Pharmacy Practice).
