Ahmed Gaili, a clinical pharmacist, began working as a teaching assistant in 2012 at Ajman University. He obtained a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from Ajman University in 2011, followed by an MSc degree in clinical pharmacy from the same university in 2015. He was awarded the “Best Organizer of the Year” award for his contributions to organizing community events in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Ahmed has 4 published papers, 1 DUPHAT poster, and 1 book chapter in the areas of pharmacology and clinical practice, titled: 1. The Relationship between Knowledge and Drug Adherence in Hypertensive Patients: A Cross-Sectional Study in the UAE (Paper & Book Chapter) 2. Knowledge of Osteoporosis among Women in the UAE (Paper & Poster) 3. Diabetes Mellitus and Renal Function: Current Medical Research and Opinion (Paper) 4. Knowledge, Attitude, and Experience of Pharmacists in the UAE towards Pharmacovigilance (Paper). He is currently working on research projects, including a graduation project that reflects on the health literacy of hypertensive patients and another project evaluating students’ skills using an interactive, multifaceted approach to enhance pharmacy students’ knowledge and skills in managing neuropsychiatric diseases.
