Ahmed Gaili is a clinical pharmacist and a teaching assistant at Ajman University, where he began his academic career in 2012. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (2011) and an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy (2015), both from Ajman University. In recognition of his contributions to organizing community events within the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Ahmed was awarded the "Best Organizer of the Year" accolade. He has published four research papers, one DUPHAT poster, and one book chapter in the areas of pharmacology and clinical practice, with topics including the relationship between knowledge and drug adherence in hypertensive patients, knowledge of osteoporosis among women in the UAE, diabetes mellitus and renal function, and the knowledge, attitude, and experience of pharmacists in the UAE towards pharmacovigilance. Ahmed is currently involved in several research projects, including a graduation project focused on the health literacy of hypertensive patients and a project aimed at enhancing pharmacy students’ knowledge and skills in managing neuropsychiatric diseases through an interactive, multifaceted approach.
