This course equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to incorporate the best available evidence into their nursing practice. Students learn about the research process, including the identification of research questions, study design, data collection, and analysis. They also explore different types of evidence, such as quantitative and qualitative research, systematic reviews, and clinical practice guidelines. This course teaches students how to integrate the best available evidence into their nursing practice. The course covers research processes, study design, data analysis, and different types of evidence. Students develop critical appraisal skills to evaluate research literature and apply evidence-based interventions in their practice. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to incorporate research findings into their decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
