We are your first contact for information and requests about the University. We provide information about AU and photos for public use. We can help you find an expert and arrange interviews with our administration, colleges, students, and alumni.

Press releases

Our exciting programs, diverse students, alumni, and faculty are always in different news. We create and disseminate the news to local, regional and international media, and publish it on our website.

Draft a Press Release

If you have something fun, exciting, or interesting happening in your department please email us (media@ajman.ac.ae) with the following information answering our WHs Questions: Who, What, When, Where, How, Why?

Here you can begin the process of creating a press release:

  • Contact Information: Phone number or email that can be used by the readers to get more information about the news.

  • Due Date: When should we post this story?

  • Lead Paragraph: The Who, What, Where, Why, When, and How of the story.

  • Background Information: Remember we are telling our story to the general public who only have few minutes to spare and a few minutes to be informed.

  • Quotes: These would usually be from the person listed as the Contact above or suggested another contact.

  • Links: Where the public can learn more or register etc.

  • Attach files: Photos or other documents with additional information.

Events calendar

Our campus is a vibrant community with events happening every day. All events are posted in the Events Calendar. Many of these events are available to the public, our strategic stakeholders as well as students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

We produce publications, reports, and other university marketing materials.

Newsletters

We produce internal and external newsletters monthly where you can find AU latest news, achievements, collaborations, and partnerships. AU always aims to engage staff, students, and faculty internally and to engage their audience and strategic stakeholders externally.
