Osama Salman Appointed Vice President of Ajman University

As per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Ajman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ajman University of Science and Technology; H.E. Dr Saeed Abdullah Salman, President of AUST, issued a decision appointing Mr. Osama Saeed Salman as Vice President of the University.

Commenting on the appointment, which officially took effect February 17, 2013, Mr. Osama Salman stated that Ajman University is advancing steadily and surely under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, and that all AUST community members are working in line with the sound vision set out by AUST President, Dr Saeed Abdullah Salman, a vision which did prove fruitful. “The programs offered by Ajman University effectively contribute to the human development move taking place in the United Arab Emirates as well as to the country’s economic advancement under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may Allah protect him,” added Mr. Salman.

It is noteworthy that Mr. Osama Salman is an active member of AUST Board of Trustees, and had formerly held the office of AUST Vice President for Information, Media and Promotion.
