College of Mass Communication Students at Al-Sharq Channel

A group of students from the College of Mass Communication, in Radio and Television Production major, visited Al-Sharq Channel in Dubai Media City, under the supervision of Dr. Alya Anter, an associate professor at the college.

The visit included an introductory meeting about the organization and its activities, as well as an overview of the training opportunities available for students, with a link provided for applying to these opportunities.

During the visit, the students were accompanied by the channel's chief director and studio manager, who guided them on a tour of the latest news production studios, offering a detailed explanation of the studio components and how it operates. The students also witnessed a live directing experience for a program being broadcast simultaneously from Saudi Arabia and the UAE, under the supervision of the director based in the UAE. Additionally, the channel presented commemorative gifts to the students.
