Thamer Fund at Ajman University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Al Ihsan Charity Association to bolster its ties with the community and serve the students comprehensively. Thamer Fund applauded Al Ihsan for its honorable humanitarian contribution to society. The Chairman of Thamer Fund, His Excellency Abdullah Al Mazroei along with board member Dawood Al Hammadi and Dr. Abdul Haq Al Nuaimi, Vice-Chancellor for Advancement and Communication welcomed the delegation representing the association.
The visiting delegation comprised of Naser Al Junaibi, Managing Director of the Al Ihsan Charity, Dr. Tahani Al Tareh, Manager, Forgiveness and Happiness Department; Aisha Ahmed, Office Manager; Naji Khamees, Public Relations Coordinator; Marium Al Mazroei, Corporate Communication In charge and Ahmed Al Mumari, Media In charge.
They discussed the various avenues of mutual cooperation and initiatives to assist the students to overcome the hurdles they face during their educational tenure. Thamer Fund has assisted around 120 students this academic year.
Community service plays a pivotal role in the mission and vision of Ajman University, students, staff and academic members alike volunteer in various initiatives undertaken by University and other humanitarian bodies across the country.
