Students Residence holds Nutrition Awareness Session

University Housing Office at Ajman University ensures the students who live on campus benefit from the comprehensive services and facilities available for them to feel at home. They collaborated with Dr. Nutrition in Ajman and organized an awareness lecture on the correlation between nutrition and weight, entitled "UAE without Obesity". The female residents of the accommodation along with staff and faculty members attended the insightful event.

The lecture was accompanied by a session for examination and consultancy. Nutrition experts and physicians conducted thorough examinations of the participating students and dieticians provided free consultations and food samples that can benefit the students. Dr. Nutrition offered a 50% discount on its various subscription packages for AU students.

A unique competition was launched on this occasion wherein Dr. Nutrition will judge the participating students and will announce the Female winner of the weight loss competition (slimming) before the end of the spring semester, and the winner will receive a valuable prize from the center.

Some companies kindly participated in making this event much more Al Hayat Pharmaceuticals LLC participated in the distribution of educational leaflets and free oral and dental hygiene samples of Dr. Wild & Co.AG-Switzerland Products to all female participants in the residence. Along with Galaxy Care General Trading LLC has participated in Skin Care Products & Orientation. At the end of the event, the center was honored with a trophy presented by the university.
