The College of Law at Ajman University organized an insightful lecture entitled “Restructuring the debts of commercial companies – French Experience Model”. It was presented by Dr. Pascal Roblin, Faculty member at the College of Law he is also French University of Poitiers’ Member of the National Council of Directors and Judicial Agents. The lecture dealt with the rescue of the debtor according to the system of judicial liquidation or system of invalidity for insufficient
assets under general provisions and under the French Collective Action Act. As such in the absence of a solution to save the merchant, Voluntary and voluntary collective action.
Dr. Lateefah Hameed Al Jumaili Dean, College of Law and a large number of faculty members, law professors and law students attended the informative lecture.
The lecture ended with questions and discussion, Dr. Lateefah Hameed, honored the lecturer and stressed the importance of holding such activities to achieve the policy of the College and its vision to connect the theoretical side with the practical aspect.
