Hamdan Award for Educational Excellence Bagged by AU Student

In a distinguished achievement, four students from Ajman University- Fujairah Campus won the prestigious Hamdan Award for Educational Excellence 2016-2017.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, Patron of Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for Distinguished Academic Performance started this valuable award to encourage students from different levels to work hard and to show their best in serving their community and excel in personal achievement.

The names of students are: Sheikha Khamees Alfazari, Thuraya Ali Alsa’adi and Hala Salim Al Shehhi from the College of Education and Basic Science along with Sindyah Mohammed Al Zyoodi from the College of Law.

Ajman University encourages its students from both Ajman and Fujairah Campus to participate regularly in national competitions and represent their University on national and international platforms.

It is worth mentioning that it is the third year in row that students of Fujairah Camus have won this esteemed award.
