Delegation from Residency Department Ajman Visit ICA

A delegation from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Ajman visited the Innovation Centre Ajman (ICA) at Ajman University. They were welcomed by Dr. Mohammed Shami, Chairman ICA and Dr. Abdullah Ismail, Director ICA who briefed the delegation about the centre.

Major Sultan Ismail Al Zaabi, Head of Media and Public Relations who exchanged views on innovation and platforms that will support the community through the initiatives undertaken by ICA, headed the delegation.

Dr. Abdullah explained that ICA aims at harnessing the cognitive resources of the students and channeling them through mentoring to achieve excellence in innovation. ICA provides consulting services to students and community along with organizing incubator programs for new start-ups.

Major Sultan praised the efforts of ICA and called for closer cooperation between the entities for the betterment of the society.
