College of Business wins 8th Football Championship at the Fujairah Campus

Football championship held at Ajman University, Fujairah Campus witnessed the College of Business Administration triumph over the College of Mass Communication by scoring three goals to one in the final.

Dr. Hatem Alqudah the Deputy Dean of students’ affairs in the presence of Deputy Deans, staff members and huge number of Students praised the high level of perseverance and hard work by all the team members who participated in the tournament. Ajman University encourages its student to pursue extra-curricular activities besides the academics to ensure they enjoy a comprehensive experience on Campus. Besides football other physically and mentally challenging activities are offered to the students such as; chess, table tennis, billiard, bowling etc.

To mark the end of the championship, players who showed exceptional talent were honored. Best player award and top scorer were granted to Ahmed Almutawwa, College of law, while best goal keeper was Eyad Bin Khadra, College of Business Administration. The Football Championship is an annual event for which preparations such as practice and regular matches are hilled. It is worth mentioning that students always show a high degree of enthusiasm towards this champion as it gives them a real chance to change the daily routine and provide a real opportunities for better understanding and healthy relationship between students from different backgrounds.
