AU Students attend Innovation Day Camp

Office of Community Service at Ajman University collaborated with the Emirates Foundation "INJAZ - UAE" in partnership with Honeywell to hold an insightful workshop for AU students.

Sixty students from the Colleges of Business Administration, Pharmacy, IT and Engineering at Ajman University participated in the interactive workshop "Innovation Day Camp", hosted at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dubai.

In line with Ajman University’s comprehensive vision to merge education, information, and investment, these students participated in an exciting workshop, which encouraged them to display their entrepreneurship capabilities and innovation using STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).Making the city of the future a reality and helping the UAE to achieve its Smart City vision through talented students.

This workshop prepares students to enter the world of business and encourages them to become entrepreneurs and active future business leaders to succeed in the global economy. Guided by volunteer mentors from the corporate world, the students engaged in interactive, impactful and practical activities to expand their horizons, stimulate their interest in entrepreneurship and open their minds to the concept of self-employment.
