Yara Emad Al Smadi, a student at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University, won the Distinguished University Student Award of Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance 2017.
The Hamdan Bin Rashid Award for Distinguished Academic Performance is one of the most prestigious awards that outstanding students seek to win. Students apply for the award with their works representing three past years and students are evaluated for this award depending on winning national or international competitions and multiple participations in student activities at the university or community level .The award concluded its 19th session this year with the awarding of 137 winners at the level of the Gulf States, participants competing in various categories.
The AU management congratulated student Yara AlSmadi for winning this valuable award, and wished her more success ahead. Professor Nageeb Hassan, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University, congratulated her on this scientific excellence and wished her success for her future.
