AU Scouts participate Al Marmoom Scout Camp

Dubai Scout Commission in collaboration with the Government of Dubai, Knowledge and Human Development Authority KHDA, Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing Department had organized an Al Marmoom Scout Camp.

The camp was held in Al Marmoom’s protected area, the event witnessed participation from over 100 scouts  and their leaders over the course of three days.

The camp included many activities and Scout programs along with a number of community initiatives in the field of humanitarian and goodness, these support the vision of our government in the Year of Giving.

Mr. Salim Derbas, the supervisor of student activities at the Deanship of Student Affairs said , that the participation of our university students in this important event give them a new experience and has provided them with the opportunity to practice the environmental activities and to discover the nature and biodiversity in the UAE.
