Ajman University Signs Joint Cooperation Agreement with Ajman Free Zone

HE Mahmood Khalil Al Hashemi, the AFZ Director General, signed an agreement of understanding and mutual cooperation with Ajman University, represented by Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor AU. This agreement marks the inauguration of the features of the close cooperation launched by the Free Zone with UAE colleges and universities as a part of rehabilitating and developing the human cadre.

Ajman University and Free Zone signed this agreement in order to build and support cooperative relations between the two entities. Thus, it will contribute to the consolidation of common efforts for the attainment of the public interest according to an institutional framework consistent with the obligations and terms of reference in line with the strategic plans of both parties. This agreement reflects the intentions of both parties, explains and defines the points and the terms of joint-cooperation between them.

On his part, Chancellor Seghir stated that AU has always been at the fore-front of community partnerships that consolidate and foster a productive environment for the students and the public in general. AU contributes to the economic and socio development of the society by ensuring its graduates and students have a comprehensive understanding of their surroundings and the various entities that make-up the system therein. Al-Hashemi said Ajman Free Zone is keen to achieve their strategic visions through these agreements in strengthening the institutional and strategic partnership relations stressing to move forward in supporting the ongoing communication with different institutions.
