Ruler of Ajman opens AETEX 2016
Under patronage and in the of presence of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, activities of the Ajman Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX-2016) started yesterday morning under the slogan “Towards Sustainable Knowledge Development”. The exhibition is being held at the Emirates Hospitality Center in Al Jarf, Ajman from 8th to 10th of March.
Ajman University of Science and Technology is being represented at the exhibition in enthusiastic fervor to welcome the high school students and professional education seekers alike. At the University pavilion many new and unique exhibits are being presented for the visitors. Along with free dental, blood pressure and glucose check ups.
Naser Al Dhafri, Executive Director of Planning and Members Support and Head of the Organising Committee, indicated that the exhibition aims to provide a major international platform for the private and government education and training bodies in the country, and the Arab and foreign countries participating in it.
It is going to witness participation of 45 educational institutions from different countries and anticipated to receive over 5,000 visitors of students and researchers, he added.
He further said that the first day will include the first edition of Ajman International Conference for Education and Training under the title of “Building Academic Skills in Reading to Achieve Sustainable Knowledge Development” It targets representatives of the official bodies, higher educational institutions, academic directors, quality control institutions, educational systems managers, researchers and students.
