Literature Competition on Tolerance Launched

Department of Student Affairs at Ajman University launched a literature competition themed “Tolerance”. The contest spans across the academic year 2016-2017 and encompasses three main segments, short story, articles and poem.

Mr. Salim Derbas, Student Activity Supervisor and coordinator of the event stressed that the University has many talented students and this competition will give them an ideal platform to showcase and express their hidden flair.

Ms. Asma Al Shamsi, Manager Student Affairs Department stated that this competition is aligned with the vision of the wise leadership of UAE, a country which hosts more than 200 nationalities that live here in harmony and peace.

The Department of Student Affairs had also launched a competition for memorizing the Quran, this year based on three levels and the results and awarding for both the competitions will be in the month of May 2017.
