Dr. AlKhaja chairs first brainstorming session series

Dr. Khalid AlKhaja, Acting Chancellor, stated that Ajman University operates within a comprehensive vision, which believes that the happiness and success of each employee reflects directly on the university’s success and performance. AlKhaja said that ensuring a healthy and motivating environment is top priority for the higher management, calling for all staff to join hand and work together for the betterment of the work experience for AUST staff and the enhancement of the academic experience for AUST students and faculty.

First brainstorming session witnessed an enthusiastic presence of all  administrative members of Ajman   University who were divided into groups as per their departments. They brainstormed ideas and presented suggestions to improve performance of the employees to serve the customers effeciently and effectively.

Employing modern technology means and their applications for innovation was the focus of these sessions. Along with overcoming obstacles that hinder the achievement of the goals and vision of Ajman University.

Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, explained that development is not superficial, but it is community based starting from a sense ofgenuine belonging to the institution, the taking responsibility and the desire for improvement that leads to facilitate all stages of the administrative work for the current and potential  members of the University.
Pointing out that the brainstorming sessions held by the university will provide an opportunity for everyone to express his thoughts and will have the opportunity to implement them as long as they serve the university and is working to develop them. Stressing, that the university administration will adopt an open door and open mind policy, welcoming every idea that will improve the university performance.
The brainstorming sessions lasted several hours, during which the department were able to develop and suggest plans. Each department presented their suggestions and mechanisms to overcome hurdles and implement those suggestions.
