She highlighted the many uses of body language and effective communication specially during the job interviews and when negotiating. She encouraged students to concentrate on developing their skills of effective communication both verbally and physically. The human body language plays a vital role in giving an impression and hugely assists in deal making when negotiating for anything, it also contributes positively to the networking worth of a person.
The main aim of the course was to spread awareness about the positive and negative affects of body language. The facial gestures and eye movements, listening and talking skills and the ability to deal with different kind of people and their personalities were also discussed. Case studies were also presented and discussed with the present audiences.
