Ajman University’s Continuing Education Center; in collaboration with the Project Management Office, conducted a training course for staff members of the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), in Saudi Arabia.
Held in the city of Yanbu, the training spanned over the course of 5 days and dealt with the details of Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Eng. Tarik Al Haraki, Business Engagement Manager and trainer for these specialized courses, from Ajman University, stressed that “such training courses assist in expanding the horizon of education and training well beyond the UAE. Specialized courses in Project Management incepted in AUST initially were offered to local private and government entities and as their popularity grew so did their demand in the region”.
AUST is an approved global registered education provider of project management courses. It is recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® in the USA.
Engineer, Tarik Al Haraki, explained that the course presented to SABIC staff was designed to prepare them for the PMP® examination and covered all the areas of expertise in Project Management.
