The MoU between Ajman Society of Social and Cultural Development and Ajman University was signed for: 

Train AU students.
Attract students by offering scholarship to their employees and members (20% discount).
Training courses for their employees and via Center for Continuing Education and Enterprises.
Sharing events, activities, conferences, and lectures organized or sponsored by both parties.
AU students volunteer in joint events and programs.
Both parties cooperate through Ajman University Innovation Center.
