Dr. Sidra Shadan is a dedicated clinical instructor at the College of Medicine, specializing in clinical simulation and healthcare education. With a robust academic foundation, she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine & Health Sciences (MBRU), where she was a recipient of a full-tuition scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in South Asian Studies from the University of Calgary. Dr. Shadan is passionate about advancing medical education, utilizing innovative clinical simulation techniques to enhance the learning experience for future healthcare professionals. She emphasizes a learner-centered approach, fostering critical thinking and hands-on skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Her commitment to education extends to mentorship and research.
