Masar Career Excellence Hosts Ajman Academy School Students

Masar Career Excellence hosted students from Ajman Academy School as part of its commitment to enabling them to explore career future paths. The aim was to provide career guidance and counseling through engagement with experts and specialists in various fields.

During the interactive session, Maryam Alsuwaidi, the Career Services Officer at Masar Career Excellence, provided a comprehensive overview of the Masar Career Excellence and its opportunities for students to achieve their career goals. Discussions covered identifying career goals, exploring different fields of work, and guiding students in selecting majors aligned with their interests and abilities. Emphasis was placed on the importance of developing a resume early on and effectively showcasing personal and academic experiences and skills to enhance employment prospects.

Mohsin Aboobaker, Director of Masar Career Excellence, underscored the role of academic counseling in shaping students' paths. He emphasized higher education institutions to guide and aid school students in selecting suitable majors, stressing   the importance of preparing students for the job market. Academic counselling, he noted, plays a vital role in aligning career paths with students’ capabilities.
