Ajman University Organizes Lecture on Enforcement Procedures in Collaboration with Al Tamimi & Co

The College of Law at Ajman University, in collaboration with Al Tamimi & Co, organized a lecture on "Enforcement Procedures". The lecture was presented by Mr. Majd Baroudi, Senior Counsel, Litigation, and Mr. Nasser Yahia, Senior Counsel, Litigation, who discussed various aspects related to enforcement procedures, including the executive bond, the enforcement judge, the enforcement regulation, and more.

The lecture addressed the practical aspects of enforcement procedures, and provide a comprehensive understanding of the conditions and essential tools to be considered during enforcement. Additionally, the lecture contributed to enhancing the students’ legal thinking by presenting several cases and exploring suitable solutions for them.

Speakers shared their experiences and thoughts which provided me with a deeper understanding of how to put these procedures into practice.
