Step-by-step Description

The steps are also mentioned below, just in case you don’t want to watch the video or need a written description of the process:

1. Head to the link https://emsat.moe.gov.ae/emsat/EmSAT_register_en.aspx and click the registration bar under Achieve

2. Choose Achieve Grade 12, or Achieve, depending on your situation
3. On the next Student Registration screen, enter your Emirates ID accurately
4. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to your EID (registered on ICA).
5. You may choose “Other” to use an alternative mobile number, if you wish.
6. Aft­er clicking on “Send OTP” you will receive a pop-up message that your security code has been sent successfully. Check your mobile phone for a 6- digit code
7. Enter the correct OTP and click on verify
8. On the next screen, which looks like this, fill in all the required details accurately. Don’t forget to choose Ajman University in the drop-down.
9. Ensure that you use an accessible personal email
10. Check the box to certify that all your filled information is accurate, then click on “Register”
11. An activation link will be sent to your registered email (check your inbox and junk mail).
12. Confirm your mobile number and set your complex password (see example)
13. Please note that all “self-registered” students’ accounts will be inactive until the chosen school activates their accounts.
14. Candidates will receive an email and SMS notification once activated/ deactivated. In case of deactivation, your application will automatically list you under Emirati School HQ which allows you to book at the main test centers that include Emirati School HQ, Ajman Training Center and RAK Assessment Center. Aft­er activation, you may login to your portal (If an error message occurs, refresh or retype the link: https://emsat-uat.moe.gov.ae/emsatregistration).

15. A PCR test with sample taken not more than 48 hours earlier is mandatory on Test Day
16. Once any result is uploaded, your certificate will be available. You will then have the option to select 3 institutions from the drop-down menu, to allow them to view your results.
17. “Total Exams Credit” refers to the credits you may book for any test without going through the payment process, in case of:

                 -Cancelling before closing date

                  -Rescheduling from MOE side

                   -Any other special cases confirmed by MOE

18. You may select your preferred available test subject, test date, shift­ and test center
19. Check the certifying box and click on Submit
20. A­fter submitting and confirming your booking, the page will automatically take you to the payment gateway; click “Pay using G3 e-Dirham Cards”
21. Select “Non-E-Dirham Card”, then confirm.
22. Once confirmed, you will be able to see details of the purchased service. Click “Proceed with Payment”
23. Fill in your card details, then click “Pay now”.
24. On the next page, you only need to click “Submit”
25. When the payment process is completed payment confirmation page will appear on your screen. Please don’t leave the payment page until it redirects you back to your portal.
