Ajman University’s Dr. Nahla Qassimi Graduates from Prestigious UAE Government Leaders Program

Ajman University is proud to announce that our Dean of Student Services, Dr. Nahla Al Qassimi has graduated from the UAE Government Leaders Program of the Prime Minister’s Office in the category of Executive Leaders, which is the highest category in the program.

A federal program, it is designed to prepare, qualify and develop national competencies in the UAE and qualify a group of distinguished leaders capable of keeping pace with the UAE Government’s objectives and achieving the UAE Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071.

The programme targets the second and third tier leadership who are responsible for setting the organization or sector’s strategic directions at government, local and private entities. It aims to support Assistant under Secretary, CEOs, Deputy CEOs, Executive Directors, and Directors in various sectors.

The 8-month long program focusses on developing the following skills & capabilities among the participating executives:

• Developing a leader’s international network of contacts
• Foreseeing the future and adapting to change
• Experimentation, Critical thought and presentation of these thoughts
• Building an organization’s culture and institutional satisfaction
• International trends and opportunities
• Influencing others and building momentum
