Sign language Course by Community Development, Dubai

Department of Community Service at Ajman University organized a  sign language course for a group of students from the colleges of Pharmacy and Health Science, Dentistry and Education. The vocational training was presented by Mr. Salah Odeh, Sign Language Specialist at Community development centre in Dubai along with Ms. Mahra Abdullah.

The training highlighted the importance of sign language and taught the trainees how to communicate using it. The two day training was well received by the students who expressed their gratitude for this opportunity.

The training included, theory, practice and games. The community service department is keen on organizing such community initiatives that give the students a comprehensive education. At Ajman University students are encouraged to give back to the community.
