Dar Alkhaleej Receives AU Students

Alkhaleej Printing and Publishing House in Sharjah received a group of students from the College of Mass Communication at Ajman University studying a course entitled “Introduction to Print and Electronic Journalism” under the supervision of Dr. Shirin Mousa. During the visit, the students learned about the most important publications of the House like magazines and newspapers that are published in Arabic and English, and the nature of work in the sections of the Alkhaleej Newspaper, and the mechanism of printing and publishing. It is worth noting that the students were also shown the electronic programs used in publishing and printing of newspapers.
In addition, Mr. Mahmoud Hassouna, Editor-in-Chief of Alkhaleej Newspaper, spoke about the importance of journalism, the role of the journalist in finding and revealing the truth, and the strategies used in directing newspapers and news writing.
