Ajman University Forms Career Advisory Board

Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University, presided over the first meeting of the Career Advisory Board of the University held by the Department of Training and Employment at the Deanship of Student Affairs. The Chancellor welcomed the members and wished them success in the performance of their duties in the board. Dr. Kareem also reviewed the achievements of the university and the most important stages of its success.

Dr. Nahla Al Qassimi, Dean of Student Affairs, reviewed the agenda of the meeting and talked about the purpose of establishing the board, which will pay great attention to activating and strengthening the university's connection with the labor market and putting it on what is new in the business world.

The members of the Board have been carefully selected from various business sectors, both governmental and private.

The Board consists of 13 entrepreneurs. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, was elected Chairman of the Board and Mr. Ali AlMuwaijei, Senior Vice President - Corporate Support, Dubai South, as Vice President. Mr. Ahmed Al-Faraj, Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, Mr. Ahmed Bukhash, Manager of Dubai Creative Clusters Authority, Ms. Hanadi Ayoub, Vice President of institutional projects – Du., and Mr. Faisal Al Nuaimi, CEO of Marsa Real Estate, Director General of Ajman Government, Eng. Sulaiman Al Hajri, Director of Roads and Transport Authority - Sharjah, Mr. Saleh Al Junaibi, Director of Government Relation, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Ajman, Mr. Abdul Qader Obaid Ali, CEO Smart World & Chairman of institution of internal auditors - lAA, Saleh Algeziry, Director General of Ajman Tourism Development Department, Dr. Mohammad Jaber of the College of Dentistry, and Dr. Mohammad Nasr, Head of Biomedical Engineering at the University.

The Board will hold four annual meetings, during which it will discuss and implement projects and initiatives that benefit the students and graduates of the university in various fields.
