A number of university students participated in the Adventurous Youth Camp organized by the British Petroleum Company (BP), which was held in Dibba Al-Fujairah over the course of 3 exciting days.
The camp included many activities and challenges aimed at developing the physical and mental skills of young people and training them to provide creative solutions and openness to social relations and nurture the spirit of leadership and adventure and self-reliance.
These included climbing the wall, hands on training of rescue operations, swimming, mountain biking, kayaking in small boats, as well as many games, contests, group activities, individual and binge.
The students also engaged in a number of community and voluntary activities such as cleaning the beach.
More than 60 young people attended the camp from various universities in the UAE and Oman. Mr. Ahmed Al Tamimi, Director of Activities and Events at BP said that this year's camp has been working to achieve the slogan of good year in many of its activities and activities.
At the conclusion of the camp, the students who participated were honored with certificates and medals, including students of the university, Mohammed Osama Nasri, Abdullah Mustafa Qutish, Yousef Hamdi Al-Ghazali ,Hammam Ghassan Al-Homsi, Mayar Mohammad Diab, Fares Mustafa Bakr, Taha Hussein and Ali Rizq Shawish.
