Thesis Addresses Criminal Liability in Blood Transfusion

A talented student from the College of Law, Mr. Ahmed Ali Al-Abdouli defended his Master’s thesis entitled  “Criminal Liability in Blood Transfusion”.  He defended his thesis in the presence of the Faculty members jury board at the College of Law.

Dr. Maiy Yassine Raouf, Medical Director at Dubai Blood Donation Center and consultant of the World Health Organization on blood transfusions stated that in 2010 United Arab Emirates was ranked amongst the top five countries in the world, by WHO, for Blood Transfusion Safety.

The jury composed of Dr. Lateefa Humaid, Supervisor and President of the Jury, Dean College of Law at AU, Dr. Maiy Yassine Raouf  and Dr. Adel Khamis respected members.
