Creativity Course at AU
AU Office of Career & Placement Services at the Deanship of Student Affairs Organized a training course entitled “Release Your Creativity” held in Sheikh Zayed Centre for Exhibition and Conferences.
The course was delivered by Mrs. Amal Ismael. She is a trainer, writer, knowledge specialist and head of the knowledge department at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Department. She coaches about human development, positive thinking and creative writing. She won several awards including the UAE Pioneers, the Best Creative Employee, and the Most Outstanding Working Group.
The course addressed the concept of creativity defining its types and the characteristics of creative people along with their thought process. It will also address obstacles for thinking creatively, stages of creativity, and the struggle of creative people to maintain creativity.
Students, graduating students, graduates and community members who are interested in developing their social skills, attended the course. The participants went away with hands on experience at engaging their creative style to achieve creative results.
