Chancellor Karim Seghir appointed to the Advisory Board of Harvard Business Review Arabia

Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor of Ajman University (AU) has been appointed as a member of the advisory board of Harvard Business Review (HBR) Arabia.

For almost 30 years, AU has been a provider of quality education, deeply rooted in the Arab Culture and Traditions. It has amassed numerous renowned accolades and significantly contributed to producing, disseminating and developing impactful knowledge across the world but more specifically in the Arab region. The recent appointment of Chancellor Seghir on the Advisory Board of HBR Arabia will strengthen the role of AU in achieving its vision and mission.

The HBR Arabia seeks to improve the practice of management in the dynamic world and it truly influences how they operate and reflects upon their core values. HBR Arabia serves as a bridge between academia and enterprises around the globe through its publications and multiple platforms for content delivery, and its reach into three markets: academic, corporate, and individual managers. AU, since inception, has strived to break the barrier between the academia and the real-world thus giving the students a real life experience even before they have steeped in the evolving economic domain.

Karim Seghir stated, “It is a distinct honor for me to join the HBR Arabia’s Advisory Board. HBR Arabia has become an index of reference for the key stakeholders of the economy and is thereby shaping the future. The in-depth researches and cutting-edge trends have all contributed to the renowned positioning gained by HBR Arabia on the global map. I am positive that all members of AU will benefit from this enriching and stimulating source of knowledge and will actively participate to the achievement of HBR Arabia mission and vision.”

In the invitation letter, HBR Arabia expressed their confidence that Dr. Seghir's expertise and experience as a business educator will "foster HBR Arabia's ability to deliver the world’s best and most impactful management content in the Arabic language, hence enhancing economic growth in the Arab world."
