Students from Ajman University have attained high positions in the Quran memorization competition organized by Al Qasimiyah University in Sharjah.
The participation of students was supervised by Mr. Ahmed Al-Ateely, faculty member from the General Studies Unit. The ceremony was attended by His Highness Sheikh Salem Bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of Ruler's Office Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi and Dr. Rashad Salem, Director of Al Qasimiya University. It was held at Al Qasimia University Theater on their campus.
The results achieved by university students , Salma Ahmed Noorain, Huda Sedqi Alssaeh and Ahmed Ali Hussein Ashour on the second, third and fourth positions respectively in memorizing the whole Quran level . While Zakaria Abdul Karim Abdul Wassea took first place and Alaa Ahmad Al-Salloum took third place in level of memorizing five parts of the Holy Quran.
Dr. Nahla Al Qassimi, Dean of Student Affairs, congratulated the winners of this competition.
