Ajman University took part in the nationwide celebration of flag day. AU Chancellor Dr. Karim Seghir raised the national symbol of pride amongst patriotic fervor and national anthem. AU students, faculty and staff members all joined him at the Sheikh Zayed Centre for Conferences and Exhibition to raise the flag at 11:00am.

Dr. Seghir explained “The synchronized raising of the UAE flag across the country is a reflection of unity and loyalty to this great nation, nationals and residents all come together as a sign of respect for the patriotic zeal instilled by the wise leadership of UAE”.

To mark the occasion across the Emirates of Ajman, students clubs distributed flags at the residential areas across Ajman.
