Ajman University to Graduate 1423 as the Second Batch of Class of Year of Giving is Bid Adieu

Ajman University will graduate 1423 students from both Ajman and Fujairah campus as part of the second batch of the Class of Year of Giving. This marks the 26th batch of graduates that AU has proudly contributed to the world. 1089 male and female students hail from Ajman campus while 334 are from Fujairah campus. The undergraduate and graduate students from all the 8 colleges at AU represent 37 nationalities.

The Class of Year of Giving is dedicated to the national campaign announced by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of UAE, May Allah protect him. AU pays homage to this theme as it signifies and reflects the values imbibed into our graduates; social responsibility, volunteering and service to homeland.

Sheikh Zayed Centre for Exhibition and Conferences on AU Campus, Al Jurf will be the venue for the ceremony on the 30th and 31st of October 2017. 499 male students and 590 female students will have their big day respectively on the dates.

The graduation ceremony in Fujairah campus will take place at the Sheikh Khalifa Hall in the Emirates of Fujairah on 7th November that will witness 112 male graduates; and on Wednesday 8th November 222 female students will have their big day.

The University has launched a special website ( commencement.ajman.ac.ae ), which is a platform for all related information and guideline for the graduating students. AU will broadcast the ceremonies live of the same site. The hashtag #AU grad2017 will amass all the emotions and expressions by students, parents and community on the social media sites. The University has started the distribution of the graduation gowns and cards since earlier this week, the graduating student scan collect them during the week. Saturday is also included to facilitate the working graduates.
