Ajman University Celebrates World Elders Day

The Emirates Club, the Caravan of Giving Club and the Happiness Club and all student clubs at AU. They all got together and Celebrated the International Elders Day in conjunction with Elderly home and care, Sharjah, Social Services Department, Al Nakheel Heritage and Arts Association, Ras AL Khaimah.
The event included cultural and folklore performances to delight the elders. Student Ahmad Al Qadri read poems about pride in grandparents, their respect and loyalty towards them. There were traditional delicacies for all to try.
The event was a cultural window into the rich history of the country and the elders represent the tales of the past.
