Students of the College of Business Administration in cooperation with the Department of Community officially launched a Public Relations Campaign titled; “STAY ALIVE…DON’T TEXT & DRIVE”, on 9th December, 2012. The Campaign was launched by Mr. Thamer Saeed Salman, Vice President of Ajman University of Science & Technology and Dr. Mohamed Ali K. Al-Shami, Dean of the College of Business Administration.

In this campaign students presented their initiatives and efforts towards avoiding texting while driving. They distributed flyers & brochures as an effort to practically demonstrate the ways in which they can avoid falling victim of texting while driving. They also took pledge by signing the pledge poster to show their commitment to this issue as well.

The event was organized by a team of 11 BA students, led by Almas Muhammad Shafiq, final year management student. The event was supervised by Dr. Mervyn Maisjon.
