Top American Architect Lectures at AUST

The College of Engineering at Ajman University of Science & Technology hosted Mr. Eric Owen Moss, an American Architect and Director of the South California Institute for Architecture to deliver a speech entitled "Too Much Is Not Enough: The Future of the City and the City of the Future."

During his visit Mr. Moss organized a four-day workshop attended by thirty architecture students who have designed a multipurpose complex in Ajman on a piece of land alongside Emirates Road.

The participating students presented their projects to the international architect and received certificates signed by Mr. Eric.

In fact, this is the third workshop in a series of workshops organized by the Department of Architecture at AUST College of Engineering. The first workshop was conducted by the Italian Architect Mr. Manfredee Nekolotee, whereas the second one was given by the Jordanian Architect Rasm Badran.

The coordinator for these workshops is Dr. Jihad Awad of the Department of Architecture.
