Ajman University holds a seminar on research sponsorship

The Research, Information and Training Council at Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) has organized a seminar themed "Research Sponsoring and Sponsored Research".  

The seminar focused on the importance of acquiring the necessary skills in submitting research drafts to obtain external sponsoring.

Most of the participants stressed that research drafts should meet professional standards of high quality, precision, and richness in information that is required by sponsors. They also emphasized that research drafts have to comply with international standards.

In this context, Dr. Omar Attif , secretary general of  the Research, Information and Training Council said: "the organization of this seminar coincides with the efforts of the UAE ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through the National Authority of Scientific Research, in supporting the process of scientific research in UAE institutions of higher education. The authority has allocated a colossal budget for supporting the efforts of researchers with a view to pushing forward the wheel of development in the UAE society".

The seminar was co-presided by Dr. Ibrahim Guerfal, faculty member at the College of Education and Basic Sciences and Dr. Abdulmawla Rajab, faculty member at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
