The College of Mass Communication organized a workshop titled "Psychological Balance: Your Journey to Peace and Success" as part of the Social Psychology course, supervised by Dr. Amal Badr and presented by Dr. Heba Sharkas, a mental health consultant. The workshop provided students with the concept and importance of mental health. Key topics included steps to achieve sustainable mental balance and strategies for restoring and maintaining balance in various aspects of life. Attendees received tips for managing stress as a crucial step towards achieving balance and turning stress into positive motivation for success. The workshop also emphasized building healthy and fruitful relationships to enhance psychological well-being and effective communication skills. The attendees gained knowledge and expressed their desire to apply the learned skills.
